• Email address — collected only when you voluntarily enter it to participate in a prize draw.
• Referrer URL — the page you visited before arriving on our platform.
• Ad engagement — whether you watched a video ad to completion.

• Session data is retained for 90 days for analytics purposes.
• Email addresses collected for prize draws are deleted within 30 days of the draw conclusion.
• Anonymous identifiers (pid) are retained for up to 2 years.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your account and any relevant identifiers (e.g. the email used in a prize draw).
3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.

We are committed to completing all verified deletion requests within 14 days of receipt. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
